Janus have designed the adaption of the existing depot in Taunton to accept 21 EV Buses including demolition of underused office buildings and the creation of a new training facility within the existing workshop area. Working in conjunction with First Bus, the installation supplies power to a brand-new fleet of EV buses.

Perimeter charging was provided using Heliox Flex 180 units and small satellite charging dispensers to minimise yard disruption.

The project also included various internal works to the existing staff accommodation to provide a new Driver Training Centre and improved engineering facilities.
