The former timber storage site was refurbished over a nine month period with the existing shed demolished and a new seven-bay workshop constructed alongside bus fuelling and washing facilities, bus parking zones and ancillary accommodation. An existing office facility on site was refurbished to house traffic and administration functions.

The site has a maximum capacity of 106 buses and also includes an VOSA compliant test bay and has office accommodation to provide driver and engineer rest and training areas alongside offices and allocations.
